HomeTVMount is a free guide to mounting a television at home. There are no products, no bookings, no installs, and no fees of any kind. Because nothing is ever charged, there is no payment to reverse and no refund to claim.
We mention this on its own page simply so it's easy to find and impossible to misread: reading this site costs you nothing.
No payments, ever
We will never ask you for card details, bank details, or a deposit. If any website or message claims to take a payment "for HomeTVMount", it isn't us — please ignore it and, if you like, let us know so we can flag it.
Buying from someone else
If you buy a mount, tools, or a professional install from another company after reading our guides, that purchase is between you and them. Their refund and returns policy applies, not ours — we're not a party to it and earn nothing from it. It's always worth reading their terms before you buy.

If anything about this is unclear, write to studio@hometvmount.online and we'll reply in plain English, usually within a day. There's genuinely nothing to invoice, so it really is just a question and an answer.
